Battle Wounds

A few weeks ago Mychaila and her Best,"I can't survive without you", Friend were racing down our street. Mychaila pressed on the front brake going full speed and went right over the top. She fought the ground and the ground won. Bless her heart, the road is asphault. So there were tiny rocks all in her hand. Her wrist hurt for a few days, but otherwise, she survived her fall.

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree

So this year we made some ornaments. The kids had a BLAST, and we got to use some creative juices. So we had a Lot of FUN.

Napela worked on one ornament the whole time, he was sooo cute concentrating on it.

Ileana has some crazy hair in this, I know, the fan blew it dry. If you check out the floor you will see her matermind work......

Ileana kept knocking off the tops of the ornaments and putting them in her mouth. Don't worry, it is shatterproof. It was just plain irritating we couldn't keep an ornament on the tree. As it is, there were hooks on the ornaments, but we have basically had to stop putting them on because Ileana kept playing with them. So all the lower ornamens are perched on the branches...sigh...

The kids were soooo excited to decorate the tree. I know, funny face, but I think he was chewing something. This was the only pic of him decorating.

They are so funny, they love eachother sooo much. Ileana is huge into hugs and Kisses now. She gives the real kiss now. A lot of the time it starts with the open mouth and then ends in a kiss.




Ileana's new trick. She already climbs EVERYTHING!! and she has climbed the fence half way before, but now she goes all the way to the top.

Hello, anybody out there. She was so proud of herself, she kept saying "Hi", and point to the dog and saying "dog".

Halloween!!!

Still learning programs....so bare with me, the pics are all different sizes. Halloween was a BUSY week. 4 costumes to make and 2 parties to attend. A bit stressful. But the kids had a BLAST. Mychaila was a Prom Queen Zombie, Ani was a Skeleton, Napela was a Pirate, and Ileana a Parakeet. I love how much Ileana has become part of the wolf Pack. She loves her brothers and sisters and they love her.

Ani freaked me out all evening. He loved it, he was shaking with excitment as I was putting on the makeup. I don't think a kid ran sooo fast to look in the mirror.

Soooooo, A little while ago we got a new refurbished computer. So when I tried to plug in to get my pictures off, I couldn't seem to get it to work. I thought it was because the computer was too old, but evidently I did something wrong. So now it is time to play catch up. As you can see from above, I am still trying to figure things out.

WELL, this past October 23, my mother had a birthday. Now if you ask my husband he will say she is turning 65, or 70. I am not kidding, he harrass the heck out of her. BUT... my mom is not nearly that age yet, and honestly you would have a hard time telling her age because she looks great. In fact, I think I am catching up on the wrinkles. Anyway. I wanted to post a birthday blog to my mom. She is one special lady. She is loving, and kind, and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She doesn't speak ill of anyone. In fact, she see's the good in everyone. She is never judgemental, and she is the most honest person I have ever met. She has been a wonderful example to me, and I am grateful to have her in my life. So now, almost a month late.

What We're up to

Best of Friends and bug the heck out of eachother as well. Oh... brothers!!! The crew!

Funny part of this is that this is only 2 families. 9 Kids later....well 8 in this pic and it is one adventerous day....we went home afterwards and did lunch, crafts and movie. Surprisingly, it didn't feel like that many kids.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NAPELA!!

I Love this little boy! He seriously says the cutest stuff, and always has me laughing. He is full of snuggles and love. He loves to wrestle with his brother and sister, and play "bear are you awake?" They are his bestest friends. He loves tickles and playing outside. He just has the sweetest heart and I am sooo glad he is apart of our family!

Nana of course made another Awesome cake! Napela wanted a truck, so he got a dump truck for his birthday! This Truck had Donut wheels, wafer cookie in the back, and a truck full of goodies in the back. One amazing cake!
