Happy Easter.

Such a busy, fun filled week!  It was wonderful to spend time together and also to really discuss more deeply our Saviour and what he did for us.  I'm grateful for the opportunity to reflect and ponder more personally and as a family.  Here are some Easter pics from today.  I think this one below is one of my favs of all time.  I just wish Ikaia was in it...

 My little man on his little pedistol.  He stands on these steps overlooking his terrain so many times a day.  He biffed it about an hour later just as we headed out to do Easter pics.....  So here is his Easter pic without his face being scratched.

Easter Baskets.

We started a tradition a few years ago of a scavenger hunt to find their Easter Baskets.   The kids look forward to it every year now.

This is how we do it...

We make homemade pizza a few times a week for lunch.   Her are the kids helping me out, Ikaia included.

Easter Party

We went to a little farm and we able to see donkeys, chicks, goats and piggies.

The kids played on the slip 'n' slide later in the afternoon.  Ikaia's diaper couldn't handle the fun......a little ventilation.

Zoo Day

 We had a spontaneous visit to the zoo yesterday.  Found out it was free and packed up and went.  We were able to meet up with my friend Jenny and later Michelle who were headed out that way.  So glad we did.  The zoo has changed soo much since the last time I went when Mychaila was a BABY!!  10 years since I have been!  They have improved it sooo much.  We were able to get up close to so many of the animals.

Ani is obsessed with Cobras.  They are his favorite snake to learn about.  So he was over joyed that they had a statue of it at the zoo.  Here he is pretending the snake is biting him.

Can yo believe the horns on these cattle!!!  Ridiculous! 

That is a bear in the background, and Mychaila's face is painted since she went to The Children's Museum with Jen first.

About the only pic I have of Ikaia.  He hung out in the stoller most of the time.

African Safari section had some cool drums and masks.

All 10 kids!!!  Yes it was crazy. And we counted to 8 way tooo many times.  But so worth the fun together!

My Boyfriend

Pono calls all my sons my boyfriends, because we adore eachother.  Mychaila caught of picture of me with my littlest boyfriend, Ikaia.  Yes, I have no make-up on, and I had just excerised, so not my prettiest pic, but it is me nothing more and nothing less.

Yesterday we went to the rodeo.  I haven't been since I was a kid.  It has changed soooo much, but it was an absolute blast!  We watched pig races, and a lil' piggy swimming.

The kids went on a few rides. 

Of course, a petting zoo and a baby goat.  They even had little kangaroos and a deer.

 Forget the sand pit.  Thos is a corn kernel pit.

  Corn was every where!

 Napela was able to go Mutton' Bustin'!!!!  It was AWESOME!!   Basically it is a kid friendly bull ridin'.

Napela was able to go twice since the first sheep didn't cooperate.
