Buddies

Ileana "cooing". It is more like "hello, I am trying to tell you something...are you listening" loud. Her mouth is always this wide open when she talks :)









Napela is an active boy, but will always stop everything to give me love, even when he is in the middle of being sad himself. If he sees me getting really frustrated, or if I pretend to be sad, he will stop and go "there" grab my arm and cuddle with me. So sweet.

Ileana is almost 7 months now, she has 6 teeth, and just started cruising today, although she has been letting go and standing for a sec for about a week. She is so happy, and has the talent of making all her brothers and sisters laugh no matter how big of a fit they are throwing.

Napela loves this jumper, even though he is never allowed in it. He thinks it is a jungle gym.

Mychaila lost another tooth today at school, and she has 2 more coming in, and another loose tooth. Toothfairy could go broke on a girl like this, :)
She is being a great helper since Daddy isn't here.

I don't have a current pic of Ani, but he is definetely mommy's little boy, and we can't wait to see him and Daddy again, along with all our family in Hawaii. WOOHOO. Ani is my little cuddler, and without fail at least once a day, he comes and climbs in my lap and hangs out with momma, gives me big hugs. He also always picks me beautiful flowers.

My Children

Megan we must have been on the same page today. I was gonna post accomplishments too. Ileana is now 5 months, for the past week she has been getting in the crawling position, but today she tried to go somewhere with it. She doesn't do the army crawl, and she didn't start crawling, she simple gets in the crawling position and lunges ferociously at the object she wants. She then continues doing it till she reaches the object. This little girl is just so sweet and loving, and yet it is so funny to see this fire coming out of her when she wants to get something.

I wish I had a picture of this....My boys today went outside together. When we looked out the window, Ani had peed on the sidewalk leading up to the house and was trying to get Napela to pee in the same spot. Napela then strips and goes to pee over at his spot, but Napela has never peed standing up (we taught him to pee sitting down). So then Ani is giving him instructions on how to stand, where his legs should be, and whatever else he felt important, so that Napela could pee in the exact spot that he had just peed at. I don't know, I couldn't hear the whole conversation. I just know it was so hilarious! My boys.....it is never a dull day!

Auntie is BUSTED and Potty Training Drama

Auntie is BUSTED!!

So yesterday, I was in an office with all 4 children. I was desperately trying to keep them occupied, so that they didn't bounce from every wall, so we decided to play some games. One of the games is where, usually Pono and I, say 3 statements about a person, usually in the family, and the kids have to guess who it is. Well the kids decided that it was my turn to guess a person. Here are Mychaila's 3 clues:

This person lives in Hawaii.

This person likes to run. ( Here I am thinking Megan...Kelci, since the kids still associate Kelci and Kailee in hawaii)

This person would take my dinner that I didn't finish, and sneak me dessert.

Potty Training Drama

So I have started potty training Napela several times, and never seem to finish. It usually last like half a day, and then I have to go somewhere, someone gets sick, teething baby, the list is endless. BUT evidently, Napela is ready. The other day he just took off his diaper and put on underwear and pants, but he didn't tell me.... I just found a puddle. So the potty training began. This has brought some adventures. First, everytime I put a diaper on him for bed, as soon as I turn my back he changes back into underwear. I am constantly having to figure out what he has on. Second, he immediately went shi shi in the potty when we said it was time to go. We thought this was fantastic, until he used it to his advantage. As soon as he would get off the potty and eat his treat, within 30 seconds he would ask to go potty again. And would you know he would squeeze out more pee!! Sucker!! So we had to set a little bit of a time limit. Third, we have found him naked everywhere doing everything. He has been naked in boots, naked dancing, and naked vacuuming. But despite everything, at the end of the day today, he has been coming to me saying,"Mommy, I need to go potty!" So YAY!!! for Napela. And maybe now I will have a little more free time.

Ileana is teething right now, so the look we get alot from her is this....the grimace.When I watched Jacob for a night, Ileana and him shared a crib. It was a very eventful night.
