Happy Birthday Papa Nui!! We sure do miss you over here. We miss you reading Tutu Nene and each time having the story different. We miss playing hide and go seek with you, and you never leaving the safe post. We miss you running around the whole house playing tag......AND We definetely miss playing ah-ah-ah I didn't say Lucy says :)

So since you have been gone we have had to come up with other things to do....

Ileana is 1, a month ago

Ileana turned ONE!!! Yes.... no more babies in the house. It is very weird. Ileana is a joy in our family. She loves on everyone, she LOVES to climb (heaven help me), and she loves life in general. When she gives love, you know it is full of every feeling in her body, because she chokes the heck out of you and is kissing you the whole time. And sometimes if your super lucky you get a bite at the end. We are working on that though. She is not afraid of anything I can think of.....and when she runs she looks like a pixie running on water. She loves to read books, and loves to be nosy. If she has found something she wants, you better move out of the way or stop her fast, because she is going to get it. No matter where it is at. So Happy Belated Birthday Ileana!!! We are so glad to have you in our family. One of my first cakes I have ever done. Kailee was so awesome to help me with it.

First Day of School

For those that don't know, last minute we put our kids in Hawaiian Immersion. I was going to homeschool, but this school incorporates alot of the morals and values that I wanted to do. Plus it has tons of extracurricular and a tight group that basically becomes family. Which is what I love. So I will be supplementing after school instead. Keep them going with the english and reading, as well as the other subjects. We are super excited to have Mychaila back in Immersion, and for the kids to be bilingual. Plus Aiken and Ani get to go to school together, so we all be able to help eachother and work together.
