It's a ???

This little one was more than shy! The baby had it's Hand, foot, legs and umbilical cord covering. So we don't know. But looks like Ani's lips. That is about the only thing we could see. The baby had the head tucked down as well. So basically curled up in a ball. Sooo frustrating. But good news and relief is Healthy baby. Woohoo!

Greatest Jewels

President Ezra Taft Benson taught that young couples should not postpone having children and that “in the eternal perspective, children—not possessions, not position, not prestige—are our greatest jewels."

We have been so blessed with wonderful jewels in our family. Each child so precious and have brought such light, love, and laughter into our family. So we are excited now to have a new and final Gem to add to our family in February. I am pregnant with our 5th child and am due February 20th. We find out what we are having in a few weeks and are very anxious to see this little one. We have been waiting for the first trimester to be over before sharing the news, so we are extremely happy to finally announce this exciting news. We will update more as we find out more and get internet connection.

Love to All

This past week was sooooo eventful. First our horse friends left, but they invited us to come and ride anytime on the weekend. SOOOO COOOL!!! Friday was King Kamehameha Day. So we went and watched hula and made some miniture kahili's. It was really neat learning the meaning behind the different feathers too. Kupuna dancing hula.
Afterwards we went to Queen Liliuokalani Garden to take pictures. The kids were more interested in the crabs.
They thought they found a lobster.
Ileana posing. She got the scratch in her sleep, and won't leave it alone, so it is still there.

Obsessed with looking for crabs!
Then this Saturday we of course went and rode horses. We also were able to watch him shoe the horse. Plus we scrubbed and brushed the horse. Mychaila even braided the horses hair. The kids LOVE Patches.
This boy was soooo giddy excited to ride! He rode with the owners daughter. Its her horse. The horse and her are a barrel winner at the rodeo. But he is sooo tender to the kids.
Yep, I rode too.
See, such a sweet horse. Ileana kept petting him.

My little climber...still....Pono was right there, just out of the pic.

Ani checking everything out.

Mychaila riding the horse all by herself. Yep, she was one happy girl. She did a great job. I was having a hard time with the camera, so isn't the best shot. I have more videos, but my computer is acting up, so I will post later.

The first video is of the older 3, and Napela being silly. The second video is of Ileana. She LOVES the water, and goes frantic in it, because she is sooo excited. The video of her is when we first put the floaties on her.

Pow Wow

This past week we went to a Pow Wow. There was beautiful flute music, and dancing, arts and stories for the kids. They made a pouch and a hacky sack. These 3 squeezing in at the table. There is a serpentine bridge at the park. The kids have been dying to go on it. Can you tell?
Mommy and her ducklings.
Some of the dancing.
All in a row.
More dancing.

One of the trees at the park.
Ileana is finally sitting to take pictures. She even says cheeze and smiles. It is sooo cute.
